Jes'ier Rosario1 StarI called to speak with a tax representative and the manager Maria was very unpleasant and rude. She told me I shouldn't be calling at this time(witch I called at 11:30am on 4/6/16)because she is busy. And she told me that should have got my taxes done earlier so I could have gotten it out of the way. I would never even think about allowing one of the employees do my taxes nor will I refer any business to them. Thumbs down!Wednesday 6th April 2016
