Absolutely horrible experience. Poor communication, lack of interest in getting my taxes filed, general disregard for my time and tax documents. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this H&R block in Kensington.

This is the second year that I have used Indira for my tax preparation. She is very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt that we worked as a team and she made an otherwise complex process painless. The filing was thorough, getting me the most deductions, and filed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend her! The office personnel were friendly and helpful.

I submitted my taxes weeks ago and they are still not finished. I’ve called multiple times and no one gets back to me or communicates with me. The deadline is just two days away. I’ve never had my taxes take this long to be completed. It is stressful and very frustrating.

I was here last tax season and worked with someone who seemed extremely confused when he was trying to do our taxes. It was so bad that we are still getting letters from the IRS asking for documents that we already gave to the HR Block "specialist" during our appointment. For the amount they charged, I was hoping for something better than subpar service.
