My first experience with JH tax service was overall good, even though i was charged more than previously quoted, but maybe it was misunderstanding. The charge still was reasonable, and less than H&R Block. Sharon did a great job, i got my return a week later. Will use the service again.

I really appreciate the time spent on completing my taxes. Normally other places will rush you through the process, are not knowledgeable about the tax laws, don’t thoroughly go over the returns or answer question. I would recommend getting your taxes done with them.

Rough time.. my tax preparer seemed pretty all over the place and my 60 minute appointment took 2.5 hours. It also cost me way more than I expected which wasn’t really told to me upfront. Don’t think I’ll be coming back.
