C M5 StarTeam has assisted in mergers and acquisitions & annual personal and corporate tax for our family over the years. Thomas Profitt is spectacular at his craft. Bob Krop and Dave Vario and extremely knowledgeable in business, real estate, tax and reasonably priced. Thomas Profit has also been someone I have worked with for years, and I appreciate the fact that he answers the phone every time I call with a question and responds very quickly. The legal tax knowledge they offer is excellent for a business owner and busy family man like myself who has no time to keep up with every change, every year. Although we had a slight misunderstanding earlier, Mr. Proffitt was remained very professional throughout the interaction and we came to an amicable solution.
