We have used Labyrinth for 12 or 13 years. Initially they were excellent and thorough. In recent years they have had a change of ownership or leadership and it is noticeable. I recently discovered they relocated their operations from southern California to Rockville, MD. My initial contact with someone leading the service team did not give me confidence. They have had price increases in recent years and changes to the service which result in more work for the client. We have also had five or so account managers in the last five years. I am not sure of our future with this company. Despite their response, I am the primary contact at an organization that has been a client for a dozen years. Update: Labyrinth has now made significant changes to their process which moves all the communication into their online portal requiring much more work from the client while the fees continue to go up. They have significantly reduced their service. Also note that none of the very good reviews are recent. Shop around!

We've used Labyrinth for over seven years now and I have found their work and customer service to be great. Never had a single problem with all our state charity registrations over the years. We've been moving work being done by other companies to Labyrinth (like corporate registrations) to Labyrinth because we trust their work. Highly recommended!

Labyrinth has helped our small organization so much by freeing up staff time that had been spent trying to figure out compliance forms and documentation. We have one dedicated person, Marlene, who works on all our registrations, and she is responsive and efficient. We could not be more happy with Labyrinth.

I am so happy we found Labyrinth and have been working with the staff for a year. State registrations is an extraordinarily complex process and it is such a relief to have Labyrinth do this for us. Steve and his staff really know what they are doing. I work with Loli and she is incredibly thorough, consistent and always follows through. I always get answers to my questions and I know I can trust those answers, not unlike previously... Labyrinth saved me time and money to our organization.
