Jordan A1 StarFind someone else! She did my family’s taxes for a couple of years. My experience with her has been nothing but negative abs unprofessional. She refused to return phone calls, emails, or see me when I came to the office. Filled my taxes incorrectly and cost me money in penalties, as well as didn’t know tax code for the state and my return was taken. She also put someone else’s account information, and my tax return was sent to someone else. If you acquire her to do your family or businesses taxes or book keeping you have been warned. txn2md1 StarDropped off my W-2's in March 2021. Office staff said they could not get them done by April 15th. Called in June on the status. Was told she filed an extension. Called in September and office staff said they had no record of me. I doubled checked to make sure I was calling the right CPA. They called a day later and said they found my paperwork. Got my return in September and she charged me $450 for a simple joint tax return. I guess that amount was for storage or to complete her CPA exam.Tuesday 15th February 2022
