they dont pay on time and always late on paying and customer service is one of the worst. have to wait almost 6-7 months for the first cheque. be careful they are not good company .

I was hired as a Cobtractor because they don't like to give benefits After 6 months of waiting for my 1st check I quit The client paid them but they NEVER paid me. They treat you like if we're in India The USA government should investigate.

My BEST employer till date Pros – I joined USM with not much expectations because in sales job you cannot expect much freedom initially. But the management here was very co-operative and they offered every assistance i needed to get things done. My feedback and suggestions were taken seriously and were addressed. Good opportunities to people who are willing to work hard & good recognition. Cons – I didn't come across any problem, everything about USM is great. Advice to Senior Management – They are doing a great job
