Had a terrible experience with the a recent settlement with this company in 2025. Incompetent and a complete lack of attention to details caused numerous mistakes. Settlement was as straightforward as can be yet the agents ineptitude forced error when there should not have been any reason for one. Company forces clients to do most of their required work collecting information (what are we paying for?), and they still get that simple piece wrong afterwards. Not worth the hassle, especially when there are so many other options available. Would never close with this company again. Deal breaker on any future transactions.

I met Natalie through a local women’s group and she presented herself professionally and respectfully. I was in the process of securing a couple of financing estimates and she was very patient with me as I needed time to process what was best for our family. What I really liked about her, apart from her being a local, small business and a woman in business, is that she really took the time to listen, she has great industry knowledge and she is super easy to work with. I’d most definitely recommend WW Settlements because they’ve proved to be customer focused! Ps she even made time for me outside of regular business hours too; pretty cool!
